Nasi Lemak

Luck Luck Nasi Lemak & Mixed Veg Rice serves nasi lemak with fairly fragrant and flavourful rice. Above is with fried chicken wing, fried fish fillet, sausage, fried egg, ikan bilis and peanuts.

The ikan bilis is crispy and peanuts is crunchy. The fried egg has crispy whites and a cooked yolk but a bit oily. The sausage and fried fish fillet are both regular supermarket stuff and the fish fillet isn’t crispy. The fried chicken wing is better though. It has a lightly coated crispy batter with savoury seasoning and moist meat. A mildly sweet tasting chilli sauce is provided on the side.

This serving of nasi lemak is just decent.
