Rojak

Royal Rojak presents a variety of rojak options, with their signature rojak featuring extra dried cuttlefish and dried cod fish on top of the usual pieces of you tiao, tau pok, cucumber, pineapple, pear, apple and some bean sprouts. These are tossed in a sticky rojak sauce with grated peanuts added.

The sticky rojak sauce is rightly balanced neither too sweet nor overwhelming. The added grated peanuts adds a nice nutty undertone. The various components of fritters and fruits are skillfully tossed in the rojak sauce, coating each piece nicely in a layer of sweet pleasing flavours.

The toasted you tiao and tau pok are both delightfully crispy, while the cucumber, pineapple, pear, and apple pieces provide a refreshing juiciness, with fruits that are fresh and sweet. The extra additions of dried cuttlefish and dried cod fish are light and crispy, adding an extra layer of depth to the dish.

This rojak serving is definitely good. I highly recommend it!
