Prawn Mee

Lao San Prawn Noodles serves prawn mee with choice of noodles in dry and soup. Above is their tossed mee pok prawn mee. It comes with slices of prawns and fish cake, with a bowl of soup provided on the side.

The prawns are of decent size and tastes fairly fresh. The fish cake has nice fish flavours, is soft and has a chewy skin. The mee pok is firm with a nice dry texture and has nice seasoning flavours. Comes with some bean sprouts, and topped with some fried shallots and crispy pork lard. You can topped it with some chilli powder as well. As for the bowl of soup, it is flavourful with nice flavours of prawns.

This serving of prawn mee mee pok is nice. I rather like it.
