Fried Kway Teow

The surprise here is their fried kway teow. First thought that comes to my mind is, what’s a fishball noodle stall doing with selling an unrelated fried kway teow dish? I decided to give this a try, and it turns out to be quite a nice surprise.

This fried kway teow has a dry texture and nice wok hei. Tastes nice and not sweet. Comes with see hum and lap cheong slices with some small pieces of lard. Nice!
