Wanton Mee

Shun Xing Wanton Noodles does decently nice wanton mee. It comes with a plate of char siew noodles and a bowl of wanton soup.

The char siew noodles has a black sauce seasoning that is mildly sweet. Tastes decent and is fairy springy. The char siew slices are dry though and on the lean side.

The wanton soup is quite a surprise. It comes with bits of radish and carrots. Its flavourings are quite nice with a light peppery taste. The wanton however is just average. It is juicy but its skin wrapper is a bit thick and chewy. It would have been quite a nice wanton if they fix its skin.

Even though this wanton mee has its shortcomings, it is still quite fairly likeable.
