Satay

Esah Satay serves a selection of satay available in beef, chicken and mutton meats. These are served with a spicy and nutty tasting satay sauce containing small grated peanut bits.

The beef satay is firm and meaty. The chicken satay is soft and tender. The mutton satay is soft and tender too, contains some fatty bits and does not taste gamey at all. The ketupat is fairly firm and soft. All 3 satay tastes nice and comes with a good serving of meat portions. These are nicely grilled and has a sweet tasting seasoning flavour.

This is a very nicely done satay. I like it. Good!
