Lor Mee

71 Lor Mee is a popular stall in the neighbourhood. Its lor mee uses the thicker type of yellow noodles soaking in a gravy with nicely balanced flavours that is not overly starchy. It comes with slices of pork belly, fish cake, ngo hiang, tou kee (bean curd skin), and topped with crispy flour bits. The crispy flour bits when eaten together with the noodles, gives this a very nice crunch. I like it.
