Fried Kway Teow

Armenian Street Fried Kway Teow serves fried kway teow containing see hum, fish cake and lap cheong.

The see hum is smallish in size but tastes decent. The fish cake is is rather smooth and springy, and has nice fish flavours. The lap cheong is firm and sweet.

As for the fried kway teow itself, it uses mostly kway teow with just a few strands of yellow noodles. These are wok fried with pork lard, egg, some bean sprouts and some spring onions. It has a slightly sweet taste coming from the added sweet black sauce. It has a hint of wok hei too. Not bad.
