Mutton Soup

Chai Chuan Tou Yang Rou Tang dishes out really good mutton soup, very tasty and no gamey smell. Its flesh is cooked until it is so soft and tender that it literally falls off from the bones with just a slight tug. You have a choice of different mutton parts, from mutton ribs to mutton meatballs and even brains if you are game for it. Its flavours are very balanced and good. You can easily polish off a large bowl of rice with this soup. It is really good.
