Clementi Fried Carrot Cake

is definitely one of the better fried carrot cakes in Singapore that is well worth queuing up for.

Fried Carrot Cake

Clementi Fried Carrot Cake does really good fried carrot cake in the usual black and white varieties.

This carrot cake uses small radish cubes that is fried until crispy and with eggs added. It has a nice smokey taste and tastes good. The white version has a stronger smokey taste due to the lack of sweet black sauce.

As for the black ones, sweet black sauce is added giving it a mildly sweet taste that is not overly sweet and still retains its dryness, crispiness and smokey flavours. Really good.

Both versions are good, though personally I prefer the black ones here a little more. This is definitely one of the better fried carrot cakes in Singapore that is well worth the queuing up for.
