Dunman Road Char Siew Wanton Mee serves old school traditional wanton mee with char siew slices and boiled wanton served on a plate of tossed noodles.

Lean meat char siew is provided. It is firm and meaty with a slightly sweet taste. The wanton has soft skin with a soft meaty and nicely flavoured filling. The noodles is tossed in a soya sauce based seasoning. It is firm and springy, and comes with some vegetables. A bowl of savoury flavoured soup is provided on the side.
