Fried Carrot Cake Sticks

Fu Yuan Vegetarian Fried Carrot Cake is an old-time stall selling fried carrot cake sticks. It is run by an elderly couple and has been around for ages.

This fried carrot cake stick is very crispy outside, and it’s the nice airy type of crispiness. Inside is soft and with a nice savoury taste. Although deep fried, it doesn’t feel oily and tastes fresh. It is really good!

In my big fat opinion, this is definitely one of the best fried carrot cake sticks around. As this stall is run by an elderly couple, go eat and enjoy this amazingly good fried carrot cake stick before they call it quits and retire for good. Super highly recommended!
