Ai Chi Mee Hoon Kueh dishes out handmade mee hoon kueh that is firm and springy. It comes served in a bowl of clear and light savoury tasting soup, with mushroom slices, minced meatball, prawn paste roll, a raw egg, some vegetables and topped with crispy ikan bilis and fried shallots.

The mushroom is firm, and the minced meatball is soft and flavourful. The prawn paste roll is soft with nice seasoning flavours with a hint of ginger. The savoury tasting ikan bilis is crispy, and the raw egg is soft.

This bowl of mee hoon kueh tastes rather likeable.
