Char Siew Siu Yuk Noodles
Fu Shun Jin Ji Shao La Mian Jia is a very popular stall selling siu mei with either noodles or rice. Shown here is their char siew and siu yuk with noodles.
The roast pork has savoury flavours. It is meaty and juicy with nice crispy skin. The char siew has sweet flavours of honey. The fatty and charred parts are really good. As for the noodles, it comes with a dark braised sauce seasoning. It is springy and tastes nice. This char siew siu yuk noodles is definitely in my good books. Thumbs up!
