Braised Duck Rice

Happy Duck dishes out really good braised duck rice. Its speciality duck rice set comes with slices of tender juicy braised duck meat with delicious tasty skin, braised tofu slices which are smooth, and half a braised egg on a plate of rice cooked with braised stock. A small bowl of braised duck soup with light herbal taste is included on the side.

The surprisingly good ingredient here is the chilli sauce. It has a dried shrimp flavour with a slightly sweet taste. It mixes up really well with the braised duck, rice, egg and tofu. Just remember to take an extra scoop of it as it is never enough.
