Wanton Mee
Heng Wang Wanton Noodles serves up traditional style wanton mee featuring slices of lean char siew and fried wanton served in a plate of tossed noodles. Served seperately on the side, is a bowl of pleasantly flavoured soup containing soup wanton. An extra serving of fried wanton is included above.
The lean char siew slices are firm and meaty. The fried wanton has a nice crispy skin, while the soup version has a soft skin. Both types of wanton has flavourful meaty filling and tastes nice. The tossed noodles is firm and springy with rather decent flavours, and comes served with some vegetables and crispy pork lard.
This serving of wanton mee tastes nice, especially their wanton.
