Cai Png

Hong Xin Teochew Porridge Rice does cai png with a large selection of dishes that you can choose from. You’ve the option of having rice, porridge as well as fried noodles and fried mee hoon during mornings and after dinner times. Shown here is with sweet sour pork, chicken cutlet, egg omelette and rice with curry.

The curry is not the fragrant coconut milk type and does not taste spicy. The sweet sour pork is not crispy and taste quite ordinary. Likewise for the chicken cutlet, not crispy at all and ordinary tastes. Nothing fancy about the egg omelette as well. This is just average.
