Minced Meat Noodles

Hup Hup Minced Meat Noodle does minced meat noodles with minced meat, pork slices, braised mushroom, fish cake and fried wanton skin.

The pork is firm and meaty, and so is the tiny bits of minced meat. The braised mushroom slices has very nice braised flavours with a tint of sweet. The fish cake is soft and smooth, and the fried wanton skin is crispy. As for the mee kia, it is firm and springy, and has nice seasoning flavours. Comes with some vegetables and a bowl of nicely flavoured soup on the side.

This serving of minced meat noodles is nice. I like it.
