Fried Mee Hoon.

The fried mee hoon comes with some bean sprouts. It has a nice dry texture with nice pleasant flavours with a mild sweet note. Both the fried yellow noodles and fried kway teow are firm, springy, and pleasantly flavoured. An optional sweet-tasting chilli paste can be added to the side.

The fried egg has a soft runny yolk and soft whites. The decently flavoured fried chicken wing is moist and meaty, coated in a crispy deep-fried batter. The hash brown, though, is no longer crispy.

All three options are decent choices, especially the fried mee hoon.
