Prawn Mee

Jing Mei Big Prawn Noodle serves prawn mee with the usual selection of noodles, in either soup or dry versions. Seen above is the soup version with yellow noodles.

The prawns are of decent size. It is firm and springy and tastes rather fresh. The yellow noodles is firm and includes some bean sprouts. The soup is nicely flavoured with a mild hint of pepper. The prawn mee is topped with crispy fried shallots, crispy pork lard and chopped spring onions.

This bowl of prawn mee is a decently nice one.
