Soy Sauce Chicken, Char Siew, Siu Yuk

Liao De Hong Kong Soy Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle does Hong Kong style soy sauce chicken, char siew and siu yuk with choice of rice or noodles. Noodles are shown here.

The noodles are springy with nice flavours using a black sauce based seasoning with a slightly sweet taste. The soy sauce chicken is quite tender and juicy with nice soy sauce flavoured chicken skin. The lean meat char siew slices are tender with a light sweet taste from its honey char siew sauce coating. As for the roast pork, it is not too salty and has a fairly crispy skin. The noodles come with a nicely flavoured bowl of soup on the side. Quite likeable.
