Special Beef Pho Soup
This special beef pho soup is nice! Contains beef slices. beef meat balls, egg and rice noodles in a bowl of nicely flavoured soup with a hint of sweetness. The beef slices are chewy, the beef balls are tender and springy, and the rice noodles are fairly smooth and springy. What’s there not to like about this pho?
Stir Fried Cockles With Garlic
This stir fried cockles with garlic has decent sized see hum stir fried in very nicely flavoured garlic sauce. There is a powdery mix on the side that tastes like seawater. Kind of makes one think that the see hum is taken fresh from the seabed.
Green Mango Salad
This green mango salad is refreshing. Comes with prawns and pork meat with fried shallots and peanut bits on shredded green mangoes. Has a nice limey flavour.
Ice Milk Coffee
Milk coffee with a super strong coffee kick. Bitter flavours of coffee and sweet taste of milk.
Ice Milk Tea
Milk tea that is smooth and milky with just the right level of sweetness. Has a floral scent too.
Grass Jelly
Grass jelly cubes has mild hints of herbal tastes. Served in a cup of sweetened coconut juice. Refreshingly nice.
