Wanton Mee.

Mei Ling Street Wanton Noodle serves traditional style wanton mee with slices of char siew stacked atop a plate of tossed noodles along with vegetables and extra fried wanton added. A small bowl of wanton soup is provided on the side.

The char siew slices are lean and meaty with a subtle hint of sweetness. The soup wanton has a soft skin wrapping a soft meaty filling, while the fried wanton features a crispy skin. The noodles is firm, springy and nicely flavoured, and the soup has pleasant flavours as well.

This serving of wanton mee tastes not bad.
