Ming Huang Chicken Rice serves hainanese chicken and roast chicken with rice. The hainanese chicken is remarkably tender and smooth, with soft and silky skin. The roast chicken is a bit firmer and meatier, but still tender, with a nice savoury taste and flavourful skin. The chicken slices are not completely deboned though.

The rice is firm and flavourful, and the bowl of soup is flavourful with strong plesant flavours of sweet corn. An optional garlicky and limey tasting chilli sauce is also available on the side.

This serving of hainanese chicken and roast chicken rice is good. I totally enjoyed it.
