Mount Faber Nasi Lemak does nasi lemak with an assortment of dishes to choose from. Shown here is with chicken cutlet, sausage omelette and ikan bilis with peanuts.
The rice is fairly fragrant with coconut milk flavours. The ikan bilis and peanuts are crispy and crunchy, which is nice. Sausage omelette is nothing out of the ordinary. As for the chicken cutlet, it is kind of cold but expected for something eaten after midnight. However its batter is still fairly crispy and the meat is tender and juicy, with a nice savoury taste. I can imagine it much better when it is hot.
Overall, this is a nice plate of nasi lemak especially when choices are limited at late night.
