Fishball Noodles

Nan Yuan Fishball Noodle sells fishball noodles with the usual selection of noodles. Shown here is the mee pok which comes with a bowl of soup on the side.

The mee pok has a soya sauce and vinegar seasoning, mixed with lard and fried shallots and optional chilli sauce. The noodles are nicely flavoured and quite springy. The bowl of soup comes with fishballs, pork meat ball, fishcake slices, fish skin dumpling, dumpling and minced pork. It is really nice.
