Fried Kway Teow
Peter Fried Kway Teow Mee does really nice fried kway teow. You can literally smell its wok hei when it is served on to a plate. It comes with fish cake slices and see hum, fried with lard pieces and served with a piece of green lime on the side.
This fried kway teow has a mildly sweet taste coming from the sweet black sauce used. Squeeze in the lime and somehow it brings out this sweetness more distinctively. The wok hei is good, its taste is rather good too. What’s there not to like about this fried kway teow?
