Pineapple Fried Rice

This pineapple fried rice contains cubes of pineapples, chunks of soft and tender chicken meat, carrot shreds, onions, raisins and, meat floss. The fried rice is firm and has nice wok hei. The meat floss and raisins gives it a slight tint of sweetness. I like it.

Phad Thai

The phad thai comes with options for pork, chicken or seafood. Seen here is their seafood version which comes with prawns and large sotong slices. This phad thai is wok fried with bean sprouts, carrot shreds, spring onions and egg. Comes served with grated peanuts, chilli flakes and a slice of green lime on the side. Its flavours is nice and both the prawns and sotong are tastes fairly fresh. It is quite likeable.

Fried Tang Hoon

For the fried tang hoon, there is an option for chicken, pork or seafood. Seen here is their seafood version which comes with prawns and large sotong slices. This fried tang hoon comes with bean sprouts, carrot shreds, spring onions, onions and egg. It is a bit wet and has nice savoury tastes. Enjoyable.

Thai Fish Cake

This thai fish cake has nice flavours with a mild tone of spiciness. It is firm and springy. Comes served with a sweet thai chilli sauce dip on the side. Tastes nice.

Spring Roll

This spring roll has a nice crispy skin with moist radish and carrot shreds filling inside. Comes served with a sweet thai chilli sauce dip on the side. Nice.
