Bak Chor Mee

Seng Hiang Bak Chor Mee is a hugely popular stall that is well known for its soup bak chor mee. Seen above is their soup bak chor mee with mee kia.

This bowl of bak chor mee comes with just pork balls and minced meat bits. The pork ball is firm and meaty with a nice savoury taste. The minced meat bits are really soft and nice.

The mee kia noodles is quite springy and flavourful. The soup, too, is very nicely flavoured with a meaty taste coming from the minced meat bits. Contains some crispy pork lard.

This bowl of mee kia is definitely likeable. Thumbs up.
