Prawn Mee.

Silat Ave Porky Prawn Noodle serves a variety of prawn and pork noodles. The signature prawn mee, as shown above, features prawn slices, pork slices and a piece of prawn paste.
The sliced prawns are of decent size and freshness. The thinly sliced pork is firm, lean and meaty. The prawn paste is soft with the nice sweetness of prawns, and contains prawn meat bits. It tastes nice. These are served on a bowl of tossed yellow noodles with bean sprouts, vegetables and crispy pork lard. Optional chilli powder, chilli flakes and fried shallots can be added to it. The accompanying bowl of soup is pleasantly flavoured with a lovely note of prawn shell flavours.
This serving of signature prawn mee tastes not bad.
