Prawn Mee

Jian Lai Cheng Prawn Mee does rather nice prawn noodles that contains prawns, fish cake slices, pork slices and even comes with a piece pig skin. I’ve choose a kway teow and yellow noodles mix here, with some bean sprouts and vegetables added in a bowl of nicely flavoured prawn soup. It is topped with some fried shallots.

The prawns and fish cake slices are just your regular stuff. The pork slices is moist and meaty. The pig skin is soft and fairly smooth. This bowl of prawn mee is definitely likeable.
