Medium Rare Beef Slices & Beef Balls Pho

Star Pho Le Beef Noodle Soup serves a small selection of vietnamese beef pho. Above is their pho with medium rare beef slices and beef balls. It is served with a bowl of mixed vegetables on the side.

This bowl of pho has nice flavourful soup and fairly smooth rice noodles. A bowl of mixed vegetables is provided on the side, including basil, sliced chilli, green lime and a vietnamese vegetables. Add in the basil and the soup gives of a tint of basil flavours. Add in the chilli, and a note of spiciness is included. Do note that the chilli is very spicy.

Some beef slices and a couple of beef balls are included in the bowl of pho. The beef is meaty and somewhat chewy. The beef ball is soft and has nice flavourings. The pho comes with some bean sprouts and vegetables.

This bowl of beef slices and beef balls pho is a rather nice one. Thumbs up.
