Fried Noodles & Fried Mee Hoon

Tanglin Halt Kitchen sells the usual fried noodles and fried mee hoon with an assortment of sides to choose from. Shown here is their fried noodles with fish fillet and fried mee hoon with ngo hiang.

The fried noodle is white version somewhat like fried hokkien mee style, yellow noodles with thick mee hoon with some vegetable bits, carrot shreds and eggs. Tastes fairly nice.

The fried mee hoon has a mildly sweet flavour, probably coming from sweet black sauce added. Just like the fried noodles, it comes with some vegetable bits and carrot shreds. No eggs though. Tastes decent as well.

For the sides, both the fish fillet and ngo hiang are nicely fried crispy outside and soft inside. The ngo hiang tastes quite nice too. This fried noodles and fried mee hoon are both quite likeable.
