Minced Meat Mee Pok
Toa Tee Fishball Noodle does fishball and minced meat noodles with the usual choices of noodles. Shown here is their minced meat mee pok.
This mee pok is quite springy and uses a vinegar based seasoning. Comes with minced meat, pork slices, pork liver slices and fish cake slices and some vegetables. The minced pork, pork slices and pork liver slices are quite tender and decent flavours. The fish cake is soft springy inside with a slightly chewy skin, nice savoury flavours and with just the right amount of saltiness. The mee pok comes with a small bowl of lightly flavoured clear soup. All in all, this is quite a likeable bowl of mee pok.
