Char Siew Siu Yuk Rice

TanKee’s Roasted serves the usual assortment of siu mei roasted meats. Seen above is their char siew and siu yuk rice.

The slices of char siew is meaty with a tint of sweet flavours. The roast pork is meaty and juicy, with light savoury tastes and mildly crispy skin. These are served on a plate of plain white rice with some braised seasoning sauce added. A few slices of cucumber and an optional light savoury tasting chilli taste is added to the sides. A bowl of nice savoury tasting soup is served on the side. This plate of char siew and siu yuk rice tastes decent.
