Min Chiang Kueh

Win Win Pancake sells min chiang kueh with 3 classic fillings of coconut, peanuts and red bean.

This min chiang kueh has a nice light chewy crust with crispy ends and a hint of wok hei of the heated pan used for the kueh. The shredded coconut filling is very mildly sweet and moist. Likewise for the peanut filling, it is lightly sweet and the grated peanuts are very fine, almost powdery form. The red bean paste filling is sweetest of them all, but still considered quite light on its sweetness level.

All 3 fillings are nice and not overly sweet like some other stalls. Personally I prefer the red bean ones a little bit more.
