Signature Soup

This signature soup comes with minced meat, pork slices, fishballs and pieces of fried fish roll served with choice of noodles or rice. Above is with mee pok chosen.

The minced meat is soft and the slices of pork is tender and meaty. The fishball is fairly soft and smooth and the fried fish roll is firm with a nice savoury taste. These are served in a bowl of light savoury tasting soup with some vegetables. The mee pok is tossed with vinegar, chilli, ketchup and some pork lard. It is decently flavourful.

This serving of signature soup with mee pok is likeable, especially its fried fish roll.

Sliced fish soup is served as well with choice of noodles or rice. Above is with mee kia chosen.

The slices of fish meat is smooth and tastes rather fresh. It is served with some vegetables in a bowl of clear flavourful fish soup. The mee kia is tossed with vinegar, chilli, ketchup and pork lard. It is firm and springy and flavourful. Very likeable! Thumbs up!
