offers various ban mian in soup or dry. Guo tie is available as well. Quite ordinary.

Dry Ban Mian

The dry ban mian comes with minced meat, some vegetables and topped with some ikan bilis.

The minced meat is soft and meaty, and the savoury tasting ikan bilis is crispy. The ban mian is fairly firm and springy and is tossed in a mildly sweet tasting black sauce and chilli sauce. On the side is a small bowl of rather nice savoury tasting soup. In the soup is a raw egg that is soft, which I realised it is there only after I am done with the ban mian.

This ban mian is decent but quite ordinary.

Guo Tie

Guo tie is also available as a side. This gou tie is deep fried with a crispy skin with soft savoury tasting meat filling inside. It is decent as well, but also quite ordinary.
