Fishball Noodles

Yuan Ji Fishball Noodle sells fishball and minced meat noodles with usual selection of noodles. Seen here is their fishball noodles with mee pok noodles and meatballs added.

This mee pok is springy with a savoury seasoning that is a bit on the salty side. It is topped with some chopped spring onions. The fishballs, meatballs, fish cake slices and fish dumpling are served separately in a bowl of lightly savoury tasting soup. This bowl of soup is topped with chopped spring onions as well.

Both the fishball and fish cake are soft and springy with nice flavours. Likewise for the meatball, it is soft and nicely flavoured. The fish dumpling is smooth and has nice flavourings too.

This fishball noodles is rather decent.
