Tiong Bahru Market Singapore

Tiong Bahru Bak Chor Mee

serves minced meat and fishball noodles. Usual choice of noodles. Decently nice.

Fishball Noodles

Tiong Bahru Bak Chor Mee serves minced meat and fishball noodles with choice of noodles. Seen above is their fishball mee pok with meatballs added as extras. The bowl of mee pok comes fishballs and some fish cake slices, topped with some vegetables. It is served with a bowl of nice lightly flavoured soup on the side.

The noodles is quite smooth and fairly springy with a vinegar based seasoning. Flavours are quite decent. The fishball is soft and smooth, and the fish cake is springy. Both flavourings are quite nice. As for the meatballs, it is firm and springy with a moist and flavourful meat filling, tastes rather nice.

This mee pok is decently nice and quite likeable.
