Fishball Noodles

Kim Fa Fish Ball Minced Meat Noodle dishes out mee pok that are springy and smooth. The noodles are tossed in a seasoning mix of soya sauce and vinegar with added pork lard. The crispy lard pieces mixed with the softness of noodles is a nice contrast. Tastes decent too.

This mee pok comes with minced meat, fishballs, fish cake slices and a fish dumpling. The fishballs are still handmade, springy and rather smooth. However it is a bit on the salty side in the taste department. The fish cake has a rough texture, but is still nice. Fish dumpling is decent too. The bowl of soup on the side has salty flavours as well, a bit over for me.

For those who like savoury salty food, this mee pok will probably be a good choice. For me, I find it a bit on the salty end. It is still likeable though.
