Wanton Mee

Zhong Ji Delicacy does pretty nice wanton mee. It comes with a plate of fairly springy noodles topped with sweet tasting lean meat char siew slices, and a bowl of wanton soup on the side. The fried wanton dumplings are an extra add on.

The fried wanton are light and crispy outside with nicely favoured filling. Likewise the soup wanton dumplings has nice flavours. Soft wanton skin wrapping a nicely flavoured filling of minced meat and water chestnut bits. Very nice!
