Cai Png

Jin Sheng Mixed Veg Rice Porridge sells cai png with a nice selection of dishes. Shown here is with fried prawn paste pork slices, stir fried soya sauce beef slices, tomato fried eggs and rice with curry.

The pork slices are soft and meaty with a bit of fatty parts and a fairly crispy crust. Nice prawn paste flavourings too. As for the beef slices, they are stir fried with chopped chilli and onion bits. Tastes savoury from the soya sauce seasoning a little bit spicy. It is decent. The tomato fried egg has a slightly smokey taste with nice flavourings. The curry sauce is mildly spicy and doesn’t taste of any coconut milk flavourings. This cai png tastes decent.
