80 Charcoal Roasted does siu mei with the usual roasted stuff. Shown here is their char siew and siu yuk rice.

This char siew is very tender and has a nice sweet flavour. Nice! Would have been much nicer if it is fatty. The siu yuk roast pork is quite tender as well with a crispy skin. It is a bit salty though but not too overly. These are stacked on a plate of plain rice with a mildly sweet sauce added. Quite likeable.
