Half Boiled Eggs, Kaya Butter Toast, Kopi

Sky Coffee is just another regular drinks stall selling the usual kopi and teh stuff. Shown above is their set with half boiled eggs, kaya butter toast and kopi.

Half Boiled Eggs

Comes with 2 eggs, soaked in a mug of hot water for about 6 minutes. Crack the eggs and pour its half cooked watery contents into a saucer, and add your desired amounts of soya sauce and pepper. Nothing out of the ordinary, these are just your regular half boiled eggs.

Kaya Butter Toast

This kaya butter toast uses just a single slice of brown bread, toasted and with kaya spread on it. It is then cut into halves and a slice of butter is sandwiched in between. Unfortunately, this toast isn’t crispy and is soft. Lacking on kaya flavours too. At most this is average.

Kopi

This is their regular kopi with condensed milk and sugar added. Not to sweet and with nice coffee flavours. Decent.

Ice Lemon Tea

Besides coffee, tea is available as well. This is their ice lemon tea made using self-brew tea with a slice of lemon added. Strong tea flavours, light sweetness and refreshing. Nice.
