Rojak

Kovan Rojak sells just rojak. It comes with the usual slices of cucumber, pineapple and pear with some bean sprouts added. It is glazed in a fairly thick rojak sauce with some you tiao and tau pok pieces, topped with grated peanuts and served with some vegetables on the side.

The you tiao pieces are decently crispy, but the tau pok is unfortunately soft. The cucumber, pineapple and pear are just regular tasting ones. As for the rojak sauce, it is fairly thick with a slightly limey taste and not too sweet. The grated peanuts are a bit on the soft side as well.

This rojak tastes decent but quite ordinary though.
