Fishball Minced Meat Noodles

This fishball minced meat noodles comes with minced meat, fish cake slices served with tossed noodles with some vegetables. A bowl of soup containing fishballs and pork ball is served on the side. Seen above, mee pok is chosen.

The fishball is soft, smooth and springy with decent flavours. The pork ball too, is soft and has nice meaty flavours. The fish cake is soft and smooth, and the minced meat is soft and meaty.

As for the mee pok, it is springy with decent seasoning flavours. However the noodles has a bit of alkaline taste. It is served with a bowl of savoury tasting soup on the side. This serving of mee pok is quite decent.

Prawn Mee

Prawn mee is available here as well, with choice of noodles and in soup or dry versions. Seen here is mee kia noodles, dry version. The tossed noodles comes with pork slices, fish cake slices, prawns and some bean sprouts. It is served with a bowl of prawn soup on the side.

The mee kia is springy with nice seasoning flavours. The pork slices is meaty and fairly soft, and the fish cake is springy and quite smooth. The prawns are decent too. The bowl of prawn soup has nice flavourings and savoury tastes.

This serving of prawn mee tastes rather decent too.
