Nasi Lemak

Guan Nasi Lemak serves nasi lemak with usual selection of sides. Above is with fried chicken wing, fried egg, luncheon meat and ikan bilis peanuts. It is served with chilli and some cucumber slices.

The rice is firm and rather flavourful. The ikan bilis is crispy and the peanuts is crunchy. The fried egg has a soft yolk that is slightly runny and its whites has crispy sides. The luncheon meat although deep fried is no longer crispy. The fried chicken wing has a very nice crispy batter with soft and moist meat, and nice seasoning flavours too. It is nice! As for the chilli, it is slightly sweet and contains some onion bits and ikan bilis.

This plate of nasi lemak is quite enjoyable and likeable.

Fried Mee Hoon

Besides nasi lemak, fried mee hoon is served as well. Above is their fried mee hoon with a piece of otah. The fried mee hoon contains some vegetables, is moist and nicely flavoured. The otah is firm and spicy with nice fish flavours.

This plate of fried mee hoon is a rather decent one too.
