Wanton Mee

The wanton mee comes with slices of char siew served on a bowl of tossed noodles with a bowl of wanton soup on the side. The fried wanton is an extra add-on.

The noodles is tossed in a black sauce seasoning. It is firm and springy, and comes with some vegetables and crispy pork lard. The char siew is lean and meaty with a slightly sweet taste. The fried wanton is crispy with a soft and meaty filling. The soup wanton has soft wanton skin wrapping a soft, meaty and savory tasting filling. As for the soup, it has nice savoury flavours with a hint of pepper.

This serving of wanton mee is rather nice and likeable.

Kolo Mee

Kolo mee is also available as an option. The kolo mee comes with slices of char siew, fried wanton and minced meat served in a bowl of tossed noodles. A bowl of wanton soup is provided on the side.

The decently flavoured kolo mee is firm and springy, and comes with some crispy pork lard. The minced meat is soft and meaty, and the char siew is lean and meaty with a slightly sweet taste. The fried wanton is crispy, and has a soft and flavourful meaty filling. The soup wanton has a soft and flavourful meaty filling as well, with soft wanton skin. The soup has nice savoury flavours with a tint of pepper.

This serving of kolo mee is rather likeable too.
