Chia Keng Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle serves fried hokkien mee with a moist texture containing prawns, sotong slices and pork belly slices. It is served with a green lime, some crispy pork lard, and a limey and spicy tasting chilli on the sides.

The prawn is of decent size and tastes decent, the sotong is firm and chewy, and the pork belly is meaty with some soft fatty parts. The mixture of fried yellow noodles and mee hoon is wok fried with egg and simmered in a broth. It results in a moist and nicely flavoured fried hokkien mee that has a mild note of prawn flavours. Not bad.
